Ms. Miller is one of the few Arizona natives left. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Administration from Northern Arizona University graduating Cum Laude. After working in investments and commercial finance for a few years, she went on to earn her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2006 and was admitted to the Arizona State Bar the same year. As a law student, Ms. Miller was extensively involved in pro bono organizations, including the Advocacy Program for Battered Women, and fulfilled multiple leadership roles. She also worked as a Mediator for the Maricopa County Justice Courts and interned for both a Federal Government Agency and the Arizona State Court of Appeals.
Ms. Miller is dedicated to providing quality representation in the areas of Probate and Trust Litigation, Trust Administration, Guardianships and Conservatorships, and Elder Law. She recognizes that every client has different needs and has a different story to tell and will work hard to understand your individual needs and provide excellent and professional service to meet those needs. After spending some years of her career doing business litigation, she is very happy to have found her professional home working on behalf of her clients and truly loves what she does.
Ms. Miller is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Scottsdale Bar Association and often volunteers for Wills For Heroes where she provides pro bono services to first responders and their families. Ms. Miller enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and adventures, and scuba diving.
Tara is an absolute pleasure to work with. She not only is thorough in her explanations and making sure you understand everything, but she truly has a compassionate heart and willingness to help wherever she can that extends beyond the average attorney. This alone is why I would recommend no one else but her with anyone's estate.
